  • For Government Services, support is available via a dedicated phone line at 800 4 AXS (800 4297), email at support@axs.ae, or in person at a dedicated service centre.
  • All enquiries, requests, and complaints are logged into the CRM system, ensuring follow-up by the relevant team within two business days. A case number is provided to customers for reference.
